Virtual Open House~MBTA Multi-Family Zoning Compliance

Over the last several months, the Marblehead Planning Board has been working on a study to determine a path forward for compliance with the MBTA 3A Multi Family Zoning. The planning board has held two public meetings and gained valuable information on the locations, housing types, challenges and benefits.  We are doing this “Virtual Open House” to get additional input to help us further develop the plan. The presentation goes through information about what MBTA zoning is, what it means for Marblehead, compliance, density, zoning, multi family housing types, how Marblehead can comply, what we have done to date and next steps.
