Overview:
The Town of Marblehead conforms with the Procurement policies and procedures as set forth in applicable Massachusetts General Laws. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, bids for projects, goods and services and equipment are procured through M.G.L. Chapter 30B, the Uniform Procurement Act; public works projects are under Chapter 30, section 39M; and Chapter 149 is followed for public building construction procurement.
