SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Everyone…on or eligible for Medicare) can help! Certified SHINE counselors offer free, unbiased, confidential counseling on all aspects of health insurance to anyone on or eligible for Medicare. SHINE counselors will also assist if you find yourself enrolled in a plan that is not in your best interest by reviewing your coverage with you and helping to determine if you are qualified to make a change at this time of year.
