Outreach Services
Many people are faced with unexpected or unfamiliar concerns as they get older. The Marblehead Council on Aging (COA) Outreach Coordinator helps Marblehead Seniors – and their families – identify and access appropriate community services, such as:
- Finding options/answers to questions
- Helping Seniors understand and use the maze of public and private services
- Finding services for all income levels
- Providing help with phone calls, applications, and other contacts
IN GENERAL:
- Meetings can be arranged with Seniors and/or their family members or close friends
- Meetings can occur over the phone, as well as at the Senior Center, in the senior’s home, by mail, or by email
- There is no charge to contact our Outreach Coordinator
- Information shared with our Outreach Coordinator is confidential

- Benefits Information and Eligibility i.e. SHINE, MassHealth, Fuel Assistance
- Medical Equipment
- Socialization
- Home Safety i.e. Home Safety Audit, Lockboxes, Personal Medical Response Systems, Safelink Wireless,TRIAD Program
