How can I help maintain the catch basin near my house to prevent flooding?

Your help maintaining the catch basins near your residence is beneficial to all.  If you have a town catch basin near your property it would be very helpful if you could clear the basin of leaves, snow and ice.  Keeping the drain open will help to prevent street flooding.
