The proposed Marijuana Retailer (the “Facility”) is anticipated to be located at 28 Atlantic Avenue, Marblehead, MA 01945 (the “Property”). The Company will discuss security, diversion prevention and community impact. Community members and members of the public are encouraged to ask questions and receive answers from representatives of The Green Loft LLC. Closed captioning will be provided.

Questions may be submitted in advance to victoria@tenaxstrategies.com All materials for the meeting will be available more than 24 hours before the virtual community outreach meeting on www.marblehead.org.

This Virtual Community Outreach Meeting will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission’s Administrative Order Allowing Virtual Web- Based Community Outreach Meetings and the applicable requirements set forth in M.G.L. ch. 94G and 935 CMR 500.000 et seq. A copy of this notice is on file with the Town Clerk, Planning Board, and Town Administrator’s offices, located at the Town of Marblehead, Abbot Hall, 188 Washington Street, Marblehead, MA 01945. A copy of this notice was published in a newspaper of general circulation at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the virtual community outreach meeting and mailed at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the virtual community outreach meeting to abutters of the Property, owners of land directly opposite the Property on any public or private street or way, and abutters to the abutters within three hundred (300) feet of the property line of the Property as they appear on the most recent applicable tax list, notwithstanding that the land of any such owner is located in another city or town.
