Housing Production Plan

Adopted on May 27th, 2020, by the Board of Selectmen and the Planning Board, The Housing Production Plan was created for and, in large part, by the people of Marblehead. Funding was provided by the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs(EEA), The Town of Marblehead, and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC)'s District Local Technical Assistance Program (DLTA).
