What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Refund requests must be emailed to recreation@marblehead.org and must be received before the second meeting of the program from which you wish to withdraw.  A 25% processing fee will be assessed to all cancellations.  If the request is due to illness or injury, the refund will reflect only the classes not attended IF we are notified immediately.
