LGBTQ+ Pride Flag Raising Ceremony
The town of Marblehead, MA will celebrate Pride with their fifth annual flag raising ceremony on the lawn of Abbot Hall, Marblehead’s historic Town hall and museum. The ceremony is produced by a small and passionate grass-roots committee of local volunteers and the Town of Marblehead. The event is open to the public and will include a variety of inspirational speakers including Town officials, clergy, youth, and members of Marblehead’s LGBTQ+ community. The ceremony is also proudly supported by North Shore Pride (northshorepride.org), and guests will be able to donate to both North Shore Pride as well as Salem, MA based NAGLY - the North Shore Alliance for GLBTQ+ Youth (nagly.org). Plan to arrive early to allow time for parking along surrounding streets.
