Paddle Board, Kayak and Canoe Regulations

In Massachusetts, from September 15th - May 15th, life preservers are required to be worn by:
(1) youth less than 12 years of age
(2) personal watercraft users
(3) water skiers
(4) canoeists/kayakers
This means that if operating a SUP (Stand-Up Paddle Board) treat it as a kayak or other paddlecraft.
