Accounting Office

What We Do:

The Accounting Office is responsible for all of the Town's capital financing and for preparation and submission of reports to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

General Duties:

  • The audit and approval of all Town expenditures;
  • Preparation of weekly warrants for payment of bills;
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual budget documents
  • Production of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
