PLEASE NOTE:

    Pre-registration at the office is required for ALL programs. Instructors/Coaches cannot accept registrations or fees and "walk ins" are strictly prohibited.

    A complete registration/consent & release form and FULL payment is required at the time of registration; w
    e cannot "reserve" space in a program without payment or registration form.

    We cannot "Pro-rate" Programs.

    Adult "drop in" program participants must sign in and pay at the office PRIOR to participation.

    TO REGISTER:

    1. Print out & complete the registration/consent and release form. Please print neatly and include an e-mail address for receipting purposes. Information given will be kept confidential and shredded seasonally.

    2. Drop off or mail completed form and payment to the office. No faxes please; FULL payment and a registration form with SIGNED consent/release are required.

    Normal Office Business hours:

    - Mondays through Thursdays: 8:30 AM - 9:45 PM (building closes at 10:00 PM sharp)
    - Fridays: 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM (building closes at 5:00 PM sharp)
    - Closed on weekends & legal holidays 
    - Please note: the office may close for lunch 12:30 - 1:30 PM dependent on staffing. 

    Note: The Community Center may close at any time for public safety reasons such as severe weather/snow storms.
