 REMINDER: PLEASE DO NOT call the office for field condition reports or updates; the office staff has NO further information than what is posted here.
 
The Superintendent or the groundskeeping staff determines field status. This page is updated and notifications sent ONLY if and when changes are determined by them.

All scheduling for your teams are done through your league representative. Please call your league representative if you have any questions regarding cancellations, practice times, make ups, or games.

SAFETY NOTE: If thunderstorms are in the area please seek appropriate safe shelter in a vehicle or a building; DO NOT shelter under trees. 

As a general "rule of thumb": if fields are wet please stay off of them until they have a chance to dry to avoid damaging the field.

Fields are closed as needed to try and prevent damage that would result in costly repairs and/or extended closures. Factors to determine closures include scheduled maintenance, turf/soil conditions, and weather. Please note that fields may react/recover differently to weather or maintenance which may result in fields being closed or re-opened at different times.
