The Council on Aging provides information to agencies and individuals for emergency preparedness. If you might need assistance in the event of an emergency such as weather (extreme heat, hurricane, etc) in order to leave your home, please complete an Emergency Assistance Form and return it to the Council on Aging. The information is confidential and will be used only in the case of an emergency.
