To obtain a Zoning Special Permit or a Zoning Variance, you must file the appropriate application and attend a public hearing with the Zoning Board of Appeals.  Application packets are available at the Engineering Department.

To receive a Site Plan Review Special Permit, you must file the appropriate application and attend a public hearing with the Planning Board.  Application packets are available at the Engineering Department.

To obtain a Subdivision Control Permit, you must file the appropriate application and attend a public hearing with the Planning Board.  Applications are available at the Engineering Department.

Hearing Dates
You can not schedule a hearing date with the Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board or Conservation Commission in advance of submitting your application. Applications must be filed before any hearing dates are scheduled.
