Permits & Fees

Hearing Dates:

You can not schedule a hearing date with the Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board or Conservation Commission in advance of submitting your application.  Applications must be filed before any hearing dates are scheduled.

Minor Activity Permit

• Download the Minor Activity Permit Form.
• Create a map of the project area in relationship to the resource area using the GIS Public Access Portal.

Site Plan Review Special Permit

• To receive a Site Plan Review Special Permit, you must file the appropriate application and attend a public hearing with the Planning Board.
• Application packets are available at the Engineering Department.
• Permit fee varies.

Subdivision Control Permit

• To obtain a Subdivision Control Permit, you must file the appropriate application and attend a public hearing with the Planning Board.
• Applications are available at the Engineering Department.
• Permit fee varies.

Wetlands Permit

• To obtain a Wetlands Permit, you must file a Notice of Intent or a Request for Determination of Applicability, and attend a public hearing with the Conservation Commission.
• Application packets are available at the Engineering Department.
• Permit fee varies.

Zoning Special Permit or Variance

• To obtain a Zoning Special Permit or a Zoning Variance, you must file the appropriate application and attend a public hearing with the Zoning Board of Appeals.
• Application packets are available at the Engineering Department.
• Permit fee is $75.00.
